Booking a comfortable, convenient, and stress-free bus ride using the Plentywaka mobile App is very easy, simple, and can be achieved in just a few simple steps which we would be sharing in this blog post.
Step 1: Download the Plentywaka App
To book a Plentywaka bus ride, you would need to visit your Google Play-store or IOS store to download the App.
Step 2: Create an account or Login to your account.
All you need to create your account are your name, phone number and email address.
Step 3: Fund your Wakapurse
The Wakapurse is your personal e-wallet. You can either choose to fund using your card details via paystack or Monify. Read more about this here.
Step 4: Fill in your Pick up and Drop off bus stop
Your pick up point is the closest bus stop where you can join the Plentywaka ride and your drop off bus stop is the closest bus stop to your destination where your trip would end.
You have the option to book as many seats as you want. Select the preferred number of seats and click “Start waka”
Kindly ensure that you are available at the bus stop for your pickup before booking a ride.
Step 5: Select an Available Bus
Kindly select an available bus closest to you and click to complete your booking.
Step 5: Call the Bus
After completing the process, a number would be made available for you to call to confirm the bus location. Please do call as that would help you plan properly.
